Ok since we may have another pippa nepo hire I went into the vtuber wiki to check the debut dates

• invaders 1 april 2022
• gen 2 july 2022
• invaders 2 may 2023
• gen 3 december 2023
• jp january 2024
• invaders 3 may 2025

Now if I use my noticing powers we can see that my nigga fishman couples an invader wave with a new gen in the same year. Sure it has only been 2 times but he is very autistic so it wouldn't surprise me if he wants to follow the same pattern. If he wants to have the debut with no overlaps then august-november it's free real state. It would also fit the first pattern he tried to have which may have been to debut main gens a year and a month after the previous gen as seen with the debuts of gen1 and 2. I'm also sure that because the way the first invaders set up "unity" they pestered fishman to standardize invaders anniversary in may, so if there's new invaders they might keep debuting in may. Or he may just debut them whenever maybe even in december again cause fuck gen 3 and if he did I wouldn't blame him

Clio was locked in the basement for a long time as well, so it wouldn't be too far-fetched. Maybe she got in around that time but Fishman thought the Quest trio worked best and is saving Kisaka for a later debut, or she got in through the Gen 4 auditions on a later date.

Or who knows, maybe she really is just a friend of Pippa and revived her skin suit for collabs

Additional info is that Yellow Cat will only do Membership streams in August, then cease activities completely in September. July 19 will be her public funeral. Most of the time after the June concert will be devoted towards donothon goal and other projects.

Also made a point to emphasize she was doing this all on her own. Maybe something of a wall for her as an indie, relating to juggling projects and streaming on her own. Said she (paraphrasing) had a big opportunity come up with the last month or so and she's been agonizing over how to announce it. Still feels guilty over taking it, despite it apparently giving her more resources, etc. to continue what she started as an indie. She also wants to make friends, says she doesn't go outside, struggled with depression before she decided to bring Pippa's shitpost to life.
