holy shit it's bad man. If she's diagnosed with anxiety it can explain it since I have some experience with people who literally shake when it gets to a really bad point. Shaky hands is normal to a degree but the way hers go it can be some bad substance dependency which is never good. If she's self aware enough she should slowly tone it down to a level in which she doesn't start shaking like a vibrator. I have no beef with runie and seems like a decent lass so I'd wish for her to control her drinking or seek help for her sake.

I think in that stream Runie was shaking because she was legitimately terrified to show her hands to everyone. She may have ALSO been drinking but that's separate. I don't know enough to say whether she has a problem.
