You may be right; checking archives, I can't find any proof of her having 10k CCV, but instead a lot of posts on how she "could have gotten 10k" if she hadn't done the outfit reveal so quickly. Her outfit reveal was also within one or two days of Mumei and Elira having big outfit reveals, which may also have contributed to my confusion. A lot of people also just rounded Pippa's CCV to 10k when comparing with those bigger reveals.
