IIRC, when Pippa et. al went to do the 3D recording in Japan, Hime was on vacation concurrently there. I don't recall Hime mentioning meeting Loki.. so probably Loki? I know Memory, Nasa, Pico, and Yuu have met Hime. Pippa et. al met the same girla minus Yuu I think.
Could also include staff and/or chuubas (including new Invaders or non-Phase talent).

I think Hime and Pippa have met, but i don't actually remember. They may have actually not seen each other in person before.
I don't think Loki's met anyone aside from that one in-person meeting Kaleido had with Sakana before their debut. Maybe she lives away from Tokyo, idk.
Yuu had an offcollab with Uruka and Pippa(+clara+lia+pico), cmon.
