Objectively speaking, Panko flying too close to the sun could get her accounts nuked just like anyone else. In all seriousness, it would be truly retarded if Fishman did anything. Honestly, all biases aside, who would you rather have in your company? I know Clara is objectively talented, but she has already dipped out of 2 agencies, speaks more English than Japanese letting her genmates flounder when she should be doing collabs to boost their exposure, possibly needs paperwork to stay in Japan, has been committed to a psych ward, and can't shut the fuck up about her opinions that would be disastrous to a mainly young male audience if they were to break containment. Versus an ESL with edgy humor that learned English just to stream, always has a positive community supporting her, has been with Phase longer, and has been noticed by Hololive talents.
Can you imagine how many talents would be pissed off if Panko left? Without naming them all, I think a lot more would be mad at that than Clara leaving after she tried to stir shit up.

I don't know why people think that Phase Connect will have to do anything about Clara, or that there's going to be an issue between Clara and anyone else in Phase Connect. There's enough people in Phase Connect that Clara doesn't have to collab with anyone she doesn't want to, Clara's shown good chemistry with her interactions with other talents, and has behaved "professionally", for want of a better word, while on main at Phase Connect. I guess I should've clarified that it would not only a terrible decision for Phase, but probably wouldn't happen because Clara would have to be even more delusional than people think she is to do something so stupid, given her track record.
Wishing it into existence isn't ideal. But, I don't blame people for being cynical.
Also a Mari/Filian collab, which I believe is the first external invaders collab post debut.
The only thing I really have an issue with in regards to her being in Phase is that she sometimes makes nasty comments on her alt that seem directed at other members of the company, like the Snow White sperging right after Jelly and Wemi mocked that film, or the female rappers thing. But even in those cases, there's plausible deniability that she was just talking about "the Internet in general", so we can't know for sure at this point. In any case, that's the aspect of her antics I'd keep watch on the most closely. Random political spergouts are one thing, but insulting coworkers behind their backs – coworkers who I, at least, like a lot more than her – would be quite another.

While it's funny that she's a JP in name only, I don't get the sentiment that she should collab with her genmates for their exposure. Yes Pippa has talked about rising tides and shit but at the end of the day it's your own responsibility to grow your channel, and throwing shade at people for not helping them doesn't sit right for me.
I would also like to propose two questions for you.
1. Which Kaleido talent do you think would mesh well with Clara's usual on-screen demeanor, and
2. Do you even think a Kaleido collab with Clara would work seeing as she barely speaks in JP collabs?
