Why? Everyone at phase is pretty hard working as far as i can tell and very much active in discord chats and group meetings.someone who is out of touch often is the antitisis of that.
ill outright say 90% of why phase is successful is most of the people there like each other gen 1 seems a little distant but they all seem pretty unified otherwise which unlike Vhoe is more then a slogan between that semi frequent collabs and being able to both consider fishstick a friend and a boss simultaneously is the big thing that sets phase apart.
someone who seems to cherish isolation or worse shirks responsibility like it seems to be the case would not fly long.
EDIT: as for the "puzzles" I'm guessing they may overlap or be "put together" the first "clue" is prolly their Oshimark or as close as twittx can get.
