EKko has talked about Phase positively on stream, been raided by multiple Phase talents (if you include her tenure as Kilia at least), has interactions with a few of the girls on Twitter... I can Phase beg her twice now! She should be about a 7 or so on dkn's scale so I am allowed to do this.
Unless my eyes deceive me, VAllure doesn't have a presence at OffKai, despite OffKai having lewdtuber panels (plural). No surprise, OffKai is guaranteed to have Phil Wythe sympathisers on staff, and it doesn't have Phase's pull.

I think for a first edition of Phase Con they will not invite that many corpos, and as bad as it sounds, if i were fishman i would only invite max 5 corpos that are also big enough to attract a good bunch of people soo it doesnt look bad on the general optics, my picks would be:
-VAllure
-GlitchStars
-Mythic (i guess Filian can convince them to have a few of their vtubers in there)
-Mythos
-Astraline
The big 3 are never going to that con, maybe Vshojo in the future if PhaseCon turns out to be well organized but i dont see either Holo or Niji ever attending it.
As for Brave Group, idk, i can see it in 2 ways, they might want to go to leech out of Phase or they will never go cause they might think thats helping Phase, who atm are their biggest rivals in small corpo vtubing, also i dont think Sakana is gonna want Brave to go just for them to flex their 100 3D concerts compared to them that are just now starting incorporating 3D events.

i think u should change "too big (2000 to 3000)" to just 2000+ and add MariMari in the nepotism points cause pretty sure she is gonna have even more power than Lumi and also has same ammount of connections in twitch
