Hell yeah brother, quantity over quality. Let's poach all the V-Allure whorescause i want phase to do well?, i feel like i would only be talking in circles or repeating myself on this but i can give an extra reason aside from "YEAH I WANT PHASE TO GET ALL VTUBERS AND BE THE NUMBER 1 CORPO IN THE WORLD"
The reason why i want them to poach more is cause looking at the current Phase, one big issue is that too many girls do vtubing as a side gig or have health issues or have other problems, this translates to lots of breaks, cancelled streams and dead hours (usually around Erina timezone), correct me if im wrong but for all 3 Quest girls, the only job they have is vtubing and nothing else atm, that brings consistency and reliable vtubers; if they poach from already established streamers they will get most of the time girls that put everything into vtubing, as per my 3 poachbegging picks, pretty sure Grimmi and Peo already or can do vtubing full time, idk much about Miia.
Now as to why i dont want a GEN 4, i mean, we can just look at GEN 3 and that answers it all, the only girl there that has been consistent even while having a JOB is Runie.

I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I have to disagree on this point. I don't want Phase to "get all vtubers" or see "being the number 1 corpo" as a good goal – rather, I want Phase to get all the vtubers that fit Phase's vibe, and I want Phase to succeed as an environment for its talents. Phase is special because of the way its members and the overall vibe of the company stand out from the rest of the vtubing sphere, and excessively numberfagging or indiscriminate hiring would ruin that.
Now, I agree that poaching indies can be a viable strategy for the company – Phase Quest have been an amazing success on that front, as they're doing well numerically and fit really well with the pre-existing members. The key is to get the right new members, ones who fit with the company. That way the company can be financially successful and an enjoyable environment for the talents and the fans.

-announcement of hiatus a little over 2 weeks after invaders Quest debuts that broke all Phase records
-said Midas is not going away and she might return on December or around that time but its subject to change
-lines up with the 6 months in the basement Phase usually does to new talents
-also lines up with the now usual Phase announcements that they do on the Vtuber Awards
we have to wait and see what Nyana is gonna say in her stream a couple hours from now, but from what im seeing, everything is lining up for Fishman to do what i predicted on previous posts, he will do another invaders wave to ride the hype and gen 4 might be put into an indefinite waiting room

but you are right reading her announcement it might be holo too cause she said its been 5 years of wait for this (could also mean phase if we count 21 22 23 24 25 but i doubt she planned to join for phase gen 1 unlike holoEN gen 1)
and also needing to go on hiatus doesnt make sense if it was Phase cause Quest didnt need to, and im pretty sure Gen 3 also didnt go on hiatus pre phase
Could be negotiations or Fishman still flip flopping and keeping options open between Invaders 2 Electric Boogaloo or a proper Gen 4. At this point I would surmise that a fresh Gen 4 with a cohesive theme (similar to Euphoria) would benefit Phase unless the indies poached have a very strong image and/or loyal fanbase like the Quest girls.
