Just sayin', you can afford to upscale them to roughly match Sakana's.
To quote Hime from the recent Phase Australia collab, they're acutely aware that they're now getting quite a lot of purely clout-chasing applications and Sakana is very good at spotting them. You actually have to know the company culture and understand what you're getting into to even be considered.
Dkn does a lot of begging for talents he's never watched and never will watch. If they're not interesting enough for him to watch when they're not a Phase Connect member, they're not going to be any more interesting if they can put the Phase Connect brand after their name.
