There is the off chance they’ll be announcing something during Offkai. I do wonder if Invaders JP is on the table (JP talents have been networking a lot lately through Pico’s efforts) or if they’ll push for another gen of 3-4 Invaders since I’m sure they currently have a quality pool of talents to choose from.

I actually agree on pretty much everything you say in this post, but for me the conclusion is the opposite - Sakana'll probably wait and not debut any more talents for a good while.

After this wave of invaders i doubt it, but he did said it might take a while after this gen for a new batch of girls to join the company (said during her collab with dizzy last year), i expect invaders auditions opening during offkai and teaser during vtuber awards like last year with debuts on May 2026 (since Sakana seems to want to make that month exclusive for invaders)
If i were Sakana, i'd just put Gen 4 on hold until 2030 and make of Phase a pseudo Vshojo for girls that arent part of their clique.

cause i want phase to do well?, i feel like i would only be talking in circles or repeating myself on this but i can give an extra reason aside from "YEAH I WANT PHASE TO GET ALL VTUBERS AND BE THE NUMBER 1 CORPO IN THE WORLD"

The reason why i want them to poach more is cause looking at the current Phase, one big issue is that too many girls do vtubing as a side gig or have health issues or have other problems, this translates to lots of breaks, cancelled streams and dead hours (usually around Erina timezone), correct me if im wrong but for all 3 Quest girls, the only job they have is vtubing and nothing else atm, that brings consistency and reliable vtubers; if they poach from already established streamers they will get most of the time girls that put everything into vtubing, as per my 3 poachbegging picks, pretty sure Grimmi and Peo already or can do vtubing full time, idk much about Miia.

Now as to why i dont want a GEN 4, i mean, we can just look at GEN 3 and that answers it all, the only girl there that has been consistent even while having a JOB is Runie.
