I think Kana, formerly of Tsunderia, would fit in really well. She'd get along with Dizzy, Ember and Muyu and I think she has the Phase Connect vibe. She's also pretty popular and regularly gets high 3-view to low 4-views, even though she streams rather erratically, so she could hit the ground running if she ended up in Phase Connect.
