3 is my personal pick but 1 and 6 are tied at second. 6 with 3 or 4's complexion would be absolute peak.

I personally think the mascot should be brown to stay on the theme of forum design decisions being made with the mind of the potential of pissing off as many people here as possible. Even better if the mascot randomly changed skin tones every month
I like 1,2,3 and 9.
However, I think the best choice would be to go with light skin, blue uniform, and either blonde or black hair to give her Alice in Wonderland vibes. After all, that is where the phrase "Down the Rabbit Hole" comes from.

If we're going for Alice in Wonderland vibes, she should definitely be blonde.
1 or 2. The outfit and hairstyle from the first half of designs is the best.
3 looks too much like Rie and Irys v1.0
4 is unfortunately brown. It has a good design but I would only vote for it if it was not brown.
5 is ugly.
6 is nice but I don't like the design of the outfit and the hair/ribbon combo.
7 is like the one acceptable negress as it has a gyaru appeal, it would probably look better with the twintail hair that the others have. It would look even better if it had 4's skintone.
8 and 9 is just Sena and Pippa.
All I'm hearing is to upload a bunch of 9MB images and shrink them all down so I start my jihad against phoneposters.
