Well it was 16 captains recruiting 3 people each, so it is somewhat concentrated. So she's actually part of the 16 invited to the event originally. It's a way for big streamers and small streamers to interact, as big streamers might recruit a small streamer for their autism or a small streamer recruits a big streamer for their clout.
