So I'm half an hour into this VOD so far and this didn't happen at all. Ember first dicussed food, then said a couple of lines about her liking Stein's;Gate but she hoped the other girls had fun playing. She then bounced around a bunch of random topics and she's currently belting out a few random bars from a few random songs half an hour in.
I'm really not seeing Ember fuming here.

That's one brief comment, not an hour rant.There was also one brief Ember skit at around 55 mins, that went for one minute on the subject after a superchatter bought it up. And I mean skit, as in Ember is play-acting for entertainment.
In short: if Ember legitimately had a problem she didn't really show it on stream. And there not even remotely an hour-long rant.
I guess the Tweet was deleted, but I guess Shiina got some people butt hurt on Twitter because she didn't understand why people are sperging so hard over the new block changes. Sounds like she deleted the Tweet because she didn't want to bring that spergery to her community.
