IMO other than the model (obviously) all of those are optional, and more like "the meta" that everyone expects. Think of someone like Vinesauce that has no fancy overlay, doesn't put chat on screen, his ending screen is the most disgusting meme gif he can find that day, etc and apply that to a vtuber. It could work, just everyone is used to anime person streams looking a certain way
