"Do you know how boring it would be to watch me read a manual on stream?"
This is the sort of attitude I'm not exactly a fan of when it comes to planning streams, similar with how Dizzy said that games like Stardew Valley and Story of Seasons or Kingdom Hearts is less preferable to things like Apex Legends or FOTM popular stream games
No matter how many times people tell them that they can play the games they want, and people would still watch them, it's almost always handwaved away with "people wouldn't watch it", continuing the cycle of those sorts of games not being played
I would pay good money to see exactly how optimized these girls can make their farms in Stardew Valley over 100+ part playthroughs, alongside the extensive modding community, as long as they themselves are enjoying the content
Dwarf Fortress is well-known for a reason, you can't tell me that putting girls who have no idea what they're doing into the mines wouldn't be good content, or having multiple world generations for multiple "stories"
Will the views take a dip? Maybe! But the support would still be there, money would still be made, think of this as a long-term strategy over a short-term strategy in appealing to the more hard-core fans instead of short bursts of "viewers go up"
