Having looked into this, my honest opinion is she's ruined her Content Creator career. She's going to get sued into oblivion, in the end.
She started the job not liking the contract while also being mostly out of it since her brother had died. At one point she knifed herself in the leg to take a sick day. Can't really trust anything she's said. She's complete screwed herself.
