Has the definition of failure changed to being: If you could have been even more successful than you already were in some way, shape, or form, then you have failed altogether?
She was still around for most events, her only 'problem' was streaming consistently and being too perfectionist to the point of detriment as we have come to find out, but I even hesitate to call the streaming a problem. There are hundreds of large youtube channels that put out videos once or twice a year, do millions of views, and then return to slumber (aka work on next video). I really don't know if Gura's priorities were ever streaming first. Seemed she liked doing music and lives more than anything. She sometimes felt like she had an obligation to stream as evidenced by the couple of times she said she should stream more, but it was clearly never at the top of her own list. Even in 2024 she had around 30 streams until her last big absence starting in September and lasting until the new year (and that number is discounting EnReco along with her bday live).
Once she started streaming less I personally just went and adjusted my expectations to be more like those channels that only post every now and again, but it was still better with Gura because she still always showed up for events and would usually stream once or twice a month before not streaming for a few months and then coming back and doing it again. People act like she abandoned everything because they lose track of time (and also weren't members so they missed the member streams too), but go and look for yourself and you'll see the streaming is inconsistent but nowhere close to abandonment.
