It looks like original art, as that's not any official site pngs. The funky bit is Ina is basically always in high heeled shoes, so it's an open guess who the other ones are. The 2nd left is probably Suisei, but it could be Nene. The middle and middle right I think are ReGloss members. Probably Kanade and Ririka?

Not quite which exactly which member fits "Time is Gold". Marine is the first one that comes to mind. She could also be the middle right figure.

Let me tell ya, in terms of cultivating talent, Holo's the best. They turned a normalfag into a powerful duck idol, a D-tier actress as their own daisenpai, a rapping wigger who just recently sold out her concert, an autistic gamer who had a million eyeballs watch her graduation and a Flip who's a very popular singer in Japan. Holo is not perfect but damn, their hit rate is about 80% (Let's not talk about Stars though...).

The more logical thing to do would be continue debutting new talents, miko/suisei are Holo's current hottest vtubers. But neither of them started out successful, they were their worst talents by every metric, fighting tooth and nail for every single viewer. For a continued success/dominance over the industry, they needs new "worst talents" that would do dog shit numbers today and take over the industry in 7 years, once the current "old guards" loses popularity or graduates.
But they are so hung over "treating everyone equally" and "maintaining high success rates" that they stopped debutting new talents. They are so scared of JP7 not meeting people's expectation that they decided to ... just not release one.
I bet if even one of Fauna/Mumei/Ame didn't leave, Holo would not release en 5. Or maybe they still aren't going to.
Their only saving grace is that other corpos are so much more inefficient than they are.

Anyway speaking of JP7 regloss had their 3D mini today to show off Holo's unreal engine and it was ... hella janky and ugly. But I guess you gotta start somewhere

Not really sure what are you talking about.
It looked better than majority of concerts, models were smoother and had better shading, and, in general, picture had a higher quality. Audience models could have been better, but its not a big problem. I consider it a bit better than a black featureless crowd.
