ERB, and also Nerissa, have great vocals in a vacuum, but use a style that I think might not go too well with group idol songs. Obviously this isn't a huge issue per se since they have the fundamentals down. A few weeks/months with a vocal coach and I think they'd be able to rein in the "selfish" style of singing they have without losing their vocal identity.
Immer was streaming Skyrim for 20k people and she was doing just fine like always, nerves are over, welcome back. 
At this point, there should be an equivalent of the Erdős number for VTubing, measuring the collab distance between Ollie and a given VTuber.
