Quite good and eye-pleasing and is a big contrast against the nun habit of her base model. I like it.

I just hope for two things - first, they finally figure out that if the person has big red flags for you as a company, maybe you should double check it's not going to backfire after Yugo and Zaion graduation where you have to terminate them and waste all the money spent on models and ads, just because it magically worked out before with people like Nina. And second, people who apply to a company consider more that you will be working with a hundred or so other people, you will probably hate half of them and only get along with a couple, so if you are bad at compromising and conforming to a company standards - they can and probably will fire you, there is no point in joining big corpo if you intend to not be nice person to others and have positive interactions

Malaysia's Racism issue is pretty complicated. If you check Malaysia education system (It is not like western education), the schools are separated by 'races'. You will find out that only chinks will send their kids to chink schools and study chink language, while the other races will send their kids to other schools (And they won't study chink language).

You're not parsing the information correctly.

You're right in that any number of other people have made similar mistakes, I mean Lauren Iroas became 'Nipple Man' for the rest of his career for showing his pirated porn stash in front of 14k people. Yugo was put on a 'break' of 2 weeks for making fun of an earthquake. Towa reached out to Luca to give him BGM perms but he cut it from the VOD regardless.

Individual errors are not always suspension worthy (and I don't agree that NijiCancelled have ever overstepped the line), and people make infringements all the time that get cut or buried. The issue is that Zaion debuted 8 weeks prior to her suspension and somehow racked up a fucking SpongeBob To-Do List of major errors, and when she was put in Time Out, the company tried to help her get back on track and she refused.

She wasn't terminated for making these errors, she was terminated because the company had no reason to believe they wouldn't continue.

It seems her attitude is the main issue. Nipple Man and Yugo made public apologies and accepted their suspensions. From the tone of the message, she doesn't seem apologetic and if the company is seen as letting all of these slide, it will set a bad precedent for other livers.

Don't really care about the reasons, and I only watch one (in terms of real life identity) vtuber/streamer in the first place, but I feel bad for Zaion's hardcore fans more than anything. Really shitty situation to go through. At least she's almost guaranteed to continue as an independent for those who want to stick around and support her.

I agree, but I'd also mention that in this case we need to ask what red flags Zaion had prior to joining Nijisanji. She was a relatively popular indie vtuber and when people found out that she was joining Niji many viewed her as one of the sensible picks. She did stuff as an indie that would not fly in a corporate setting, but the same can be said for the PLs of members like Pomu and Elira. She had fewer red flags than Nina or Sonny (hard to top Sonny's past lol), who have both been successful livers. The difference is that Zaion didn't adapt, which is probably a harder red flag to pick up on.

The only thing I can think of is I think that using the 3D model requires wearing some tracking equipment of some kind. I believe at least a headset and gloves if you use the hands as well. Otherwise it just looks stiff like Kirsche's model does.

They probably just feel like using only the phone tracking is nice after wearing that equipment for a long time.

Zaion was the most lucrative female member of Xsoleil but that doesn't offset the fact that she spend 33% of her career suspended. I don't know how anyone can look at the list and think the rape joke was their biggest concern. She was causing major internal problems for staff and co-workers.

You know you don't "have" to defend this decision right? That's what always amuses me about your posts. There is a huge Apex tournament happening, the world baseball classic is on and holofest is tomorrow - Niji clearly doesn't need your help waving this issue away.

Did he do anything else other than gtfo by killing (literally and figuratively) his old personality because he saw no other way to get away from his fanbase he wanted to have nothing to do with anymore? From everything I heard about it, it would either end up with what he did, or actually offing himself irl/stopping any kind of online activities forever. He went about it in a really shitty way, but I can, idk, get where he was coming from? So I am having a hard time blaming him for it. For Zaion, her non-conformism and overall attitude should be very big one. It works great for solo streamer (and she was popular) but not great for company vtuber. Which goes back to us knowing fuckall what do they actually look for in auditions and I think this is the great point to stop circling "X is bad for auditioner - they should do better - do they even care for X - ofc they do", at least I personally have nothing to add that wouldn't be just an opinion, not facts
From Meloco's stream posted earlier - she was talking while crying, she genuinely hoped it would turn out differently, she wanted to do a lot of different stuff with Zaion together, and she will be taking a break because she doesn't think she is in a happy state of mind to stream. Management seems to be on high alert and probably told them they will be watching all of their streams to make sure they don't say more than necessary "I want to continue my activities as usual, so you guys, senpais and management can watch my streams with peace of mind". Don't expect them to ever mention her in the future
