I have heard little things here and there about a private server that managers are not in, and while I think that is definitely a thing that exists, management was totally notified that this stream was happening. Livers have gone on record saying that schedules have come out late or that the schedules have been switched around due to management. If what Millie has said is true, then this idea has been on the table for at least two weeks and has had ample time to be shot down if they thought it was a terrible idea.
As for the whole Selen is being left out shit, it mostly stems from the fact that Selen, and Obsydia in general, don't seem like the closest group of friends, and that there are obvious little cliques in EN. You have the whole Hanamori gang that is close together, and then you have Millie's little gaggle that includes her, Enna, Fulgur, and sometimes Kyo. People noticed that Selen is not in many of these little groups and that the only person she seems close with is Pomu. This created the rrat that she doesn't hang out with anyone in EN besides Pomu, which isolates her, and that the reason she only hangs out with Pomu is that no one else wants to be friends with her. This obviously isn't the case, cause she seems pretty close with NijiCanceled, they have talked about off-collabing and playing CAH offline, and others in the branch have talked about how nice and funny Selen is. Selen also takes on projects all the time, a problem she herself has noted she has, so maybe that explains why she isn't the most talkative person in the group chat, but she isn't isolated or an outcast.
That said I wish Elira and Selen were more compatible. Not being able to consistently capitalize on the sibling rivalry dynamic is a missed opportunity how many times have they 1 on 1 collabed aside from that one Tetris stream a good while back?

Gave it a try myself. Missing a lot of laughs but I couldn't figure out how to add them.
If you check the threads right now, you'll find anons being a mixture of incredulous and laughing themselves mad at living rent-free in nijiENs heads. There's little to no anger present unless you count somewhat accurate observations that some of the stuff shitting on their co-workers didn't exactly come from the boards.
If there's one noteworthy lesson I took from the Pekora/Miko debacle, is that if you collaborate with someone and then move on to other projects, it obviously means you sexually assaulted your coworkers, laid waste to their IRL home and then swore an oath of never to talk to again. Think Michael Corleone in the godfather part 2; "I wanna know when you are coming, so I'm not there, I wanna know this in advance, so we never see each other".

I think Millie has had this idea of pretending to be anons shittalking them and the people who wanted in on the joke decided to participate. What she failed to consider was that not everyone in NijiEN participated and the anonymity of their own usernames caused people to speculate who said what - leading people to start misattributing thoughts of one person to a completely unrelated person.
It's not quite the same as Off With Their Heads or even Sasaki's Hated by the World parody because both of those addressed 'haters' and 2ch personally and didn't involve anyone else. This one did. And even though management no doubt gave clearance for this stream to happen, I wouldn't be surprised if they had no idea the things they were making fun of were the online equivalent of a rape whistle for /vt/ specifically and probably signed off on it being outlandish trolling.
I don't buy the Selen stuff though. It's a big leap in logic to say that the only realistic reason she isn't brain-dead enough to get involved in gossip and hornet's nest kicking is because she wasn't invited to a secret Discord.
It makes me happy to see that Altare has some oil baron fujos in his community, man is getting absolutely drowned in donos and gifted memberships and the stream just started.

They really should not have included any speculations about real events and fellow livers. I said this before but it still serves no purpose at all.

I remember Altare outright said a long while back (pre-Vesper suspension) that he doesn't want to do calls in because he is too introverted for it and he wants to do something else. Not sure exactly what that will be, but unless he changed his mind no call ins.
