Putting my 2 cents here as it seems more fitting here than in the live thread. Context, Pippa did not sound happy with Rackets.



Fucking hell Nicholas. The last thing he says, according to youtube's transcript function, is

So Fishman, Muumi and whoever else in management are "pretty bad" because a year ago when Pippa's growth spurt happened because of a public fight picked by the Gunt they turned down an interview chance with THE Nick Rekeita of THE Rekeita Law who's idea of a funny haha joke was, and still is, the intellectual level of whenever Germany is mentioned to do a crude Colonel Clink voice and say "I'm going to kill ze Jews!" It really hurt her fucking growth by not being interviewed by Rackets. I mean she'll never get over 100k without branching out...well she'll stagnate at 150k without fresh blood....ok but 200k is right out unless she follows the Rekeita 10 step program...well fuck. It looks like she did gangbusters without him. Any hope he may have had to actually talk to her, or any of the phase girls or possibly any chuuba at this point, he dashed against the rocks by calling her management shit at their jobs because they missed primo growth opportunity by not networking with him. I seem to remember an actual cuck by the name of Jack Murphy trying to sell Nick with a line incredibly similar to that one hmmmmmmm.

The other thing that fucking angers me to no end is that at the 10:30 mark he flat out states that Camelot has gotten death threats. I went through the replies and the quote tweets of the picture tweet and found two tweets in totality that told him to kill himself.

Nick Rekeita spent around a year calling out, and rightfully so, shitbirds like Monica Rial, Marzgurl, and all the other KickVic tards for never once producing any proof of any of their death threats. This is the evidence Nick uses to prove that the vtuber community is filled with "murderous insane simpery" and by evidence I mean absolutely nothing. There was such "murderous insane simpery" that the comments were filled with people either laughing at the joke, laughing at owning simps dude, using the chance to poke fun at Pippa, or people telling Camelot in various ways that this wasn't cool as it's a huge breach of decorum in the community. There was so much rage that Nick didn't even need to show any of it, just tell you about it. The best story telling is always telling and not showing, donchano?

It's shocking how little critical thinking went into his defense of Camelot and how much of the clip comes off as "I'm totally not mad that I missed out on being able hitch my wagon to this company when it was small laughing out loud you know who's ACTUALLY mad? NERDS IS MAD!" It's incredibly disappointing to see what Nick has become as of late and I don't know why. Bullet dodged indeed.

I really don't want to sperg too much over it again because I'm sure plenty of people here are tired of hearing about this, but I do want to say a few things. Mainly, Nick is a retard and has been a retard for quite a while. @yeah me's post a few days ago said it perfect:

Unlikely. A certain fruit forum she can never directly acknowledge on stream for obvious reasons? Maybe they can talk about the balldo?

I know Sakana doesn't keep a tight leash but most of the topics are landmines or potential landmines that mean the stream is getting privated at the very least, and at the worst could throw the company into a bunch of shit they neither want nor need. Of course he was never going to greenlight that. Good on him.

Nick is just assmad he got denied the collab, and he continues to prove that Fishman was 100% correct. He clearly doesn't give a shit about Pippa when he spouts off dumb shit like Phase's management of her being bad because they refused a collab with him. Not only has Pippa expressed happiness over where Phase is now and praised management, a statement like that almost takes agency away from her by almost insinuating she's too dumb to realize management has been bad for her. But of course him and Camelot know more about Phase management than the woman who works for the company and deals directly with management.

And I love how whenever he talks about the Camelot shit, he fails to mention that Pippa herself expressed discomfort over the joke on Twitter, and that's when the shit really started flaring up. Although it's none of my business, it is good to hear she may finally be done with his ass at this point.

Which forum style are you using (under account preferences)? Some of the default styles use the exact same colour for hyperlinks and normal text. Use one of the Xendark styles for white hyperlinks and grey text.

We are not sitting on a jury getting ready to issue a verdict of guilty or not guilty. We are spending out free time watching and then talking about streamers on the internet. Annoying and boring are on their own perfectly valid reasons as to not watch a certain streamer, if he is both then its even worse. There doesn't need to be any more than that, but if you add in his often mentioned (I don't watch Niji other than Selen so i don't have first hand knowledge) nature of butting into otherwise good collabs, then you suddenly have a very unlikable streamer.

I know you like him, and its annoying when people shit on people/movies/tvshows/books you like, I don't like the shitting on Gura. But i have no ability, and no right, to demand that everyone like her or stop posting about her, all i can do about is either enjoy my oshi in peace and not let other peoples opinions affect me or act like a child and throw a fit. I choose to enjoy my oshi and leave others to their opinions. I encourage you to do the same, and if you really feel the need to defend your oshi's then slapping a useless sticker on a post actually helps more than you think but leave it at that.

Let's See. RVB Ended on season 13. While 14 was a good time it was mostly stand alone. tried and failed to continue past the stories definite end without actually addressing that ending attempted to reboot but did so in the most repulsive way possible a gritty dark reboot of a comedy series (how could this go wrong people LOVE those)

Genlock was funded by the money stolen by it's director from other on going shows causing Nomad of Nowhere to be SCREWED hard and rwby's already low quality to drop sustantially. Actually had a promising potential but the aforementioned theft made the brand basically poison to RT who sold it off only for it to nosedive harder then the protagonist in the first episode a Highlight includes having the shows optimist kill herself in a pro suicide message that not only came off as tone deaf and up it's own ass but they also literally flash a ANTI SUICIDE hotline number after thus pissing off both pro and anti suicide groups.

Nomad of Nowhere (This section of the review was Stole by Genlock Showrunner Grey Haddock)

and Finally RWBY which started out as a typical shonen esk thing vehicle for cool fights (if you watched dead fantasy this will not surprise you) then the showrunner/any semblance of good idea's died and it became a mess of people following a script from a man who never had any intention of telling a story beyond "this happens so this fight can happen" to the letter

Honestly more recent seasons have been well not good but at least entertaining though it still suffers from no one being particularly likable outside of an occasional good fight scene seriously Gen Urobuchi directing the anime and Styling all over rooster teeth had to have given them a kick in the ass.

RT animation is largely disappointing. RvB season 14 was trash, except for the Mercs trilogy, and season 11-13 where not as good as what came before. Genlock was always gonna suck because Gay Haddock didn't have any clue what made mecha interesting and was drinking the rainbow juice. Camp Camp was kinda funny and probably the last decent thing they did. I never watched Nomads so i have no opinion other than it didn't look interesting to me.

RWBY always gonna peak a B-tier but seasons 1 and 2 were fun even with shitty animation and they had enough jokes and character moments to make me care about the fights, season 3 was good but lost some of its charm and started the process of climbing up its own as with stupid lore, and season 4 was the last halfway decent season. I do mean halfway decent becasue the RNJR and Weiss plots were good, the Blake and Ozpins reincarnation weren't, and Yangs plot started kinda interesting but fell flat when she just got over her PTSD.
