Agreed. Gura and Mumei for me have the best singing voices. Irys has more training and experience but if those 2 had as much experience in singing they would kill it.
The gap between normal voice and singing voice is more of a plus for me. Similar to Enna from Nijisanji.

Nyaru has said multiple times not wanting to leave Shiayuri Pro so I doubt its her. Silhouette reminds me a bit of that Hololive CN girl The one with the glasses (dont remember the name but i liked her design).
That has been there since the auditions opened. It was stated when auditions opened that they are using already made models. So the talents aren't going to get a lot of say in how their models look and one of them will probably get that model
