God damn it, that place is slowly killing her. I'm tired of hearing about her being taken advantage of at that company. It was hard enough hearing her almost break down at the end of a stream a few weeks ago. I can't even imagine how much shit she has to deal with at that place. I wish something could be done.

She did confirm in the zatsu she nuked this week that she has a degree in CompSci, and she called it an expensive piece of paper that doesn't do much. So I'm wondering in what way her job has her by the proverbial balls, and how much debt she's still in.

Touching grass for a few days means being 50+ pages behind. I know I'm a fucking lurker that posts one every couple months, but I need to ask this.
I remember in the early times of this forum there was an attempt to introduce a Highlight function like in KF. I remember having read in a separate thread the woes of coding something like that. Was the idea abandoned forever and ever?

The highlight function is being worked on (now requires login to view), but since KF's highlight function was custom code, it takes some work to implement here. IIRC you can see its current state if you use the Xendark beta style under account preferences.

I think she stopped because she had trouble coming up with ideas, iirc. She really stuggled to do something interesting when she did Matsuri. It is hard to do her Senpai and do something interesting without offending them. Also, if anyone said "no" to being drawn and were skipped, it would have been obvious.

Mumei is her own worst critic. She was visibly dissatisfied with everything she tried for Matsuri, but I liked the Zeus Matsuri, and Matsuri was in chat and approved of it too. She's also already told people not to harp on gaps, and she previously offered the JPs the option of "baby" or "nightmare". Lui asked for "baby" (nightmare is for her own MVs only) and was happy to use the result as a thumbnail. Maybe there's a number of them asking for "baby", and now Mumei feels uninspired but also feels bad about making another offer to the JPs. It's a shame.
