This is why I would never make a good streamer. I remember a very long time ago reading an article about Minecraft fans demanding Notch add things to the game, and the reviewer saying he's glad he isn't a game developer because he could never resist the urge to respond to entitled fans by deleting the codebase after implementing one last mandatory update to permanently destroy any copy that downloaded it.
I'm not quite that extreme, but the sentiment resonates with me a lot. Entitled people absolutely boil my piss.
I'd say 'woman moment lol' but tons of men do this too. I can also relate. I don't let it get me down but there's something viscerally nagging about pronounced, targeted negative feedback that makes it shine far more brightly than ten thousand 'you're awesome bro' comments.

It's because creative people tend to be their own harshest critics. Aside from the most egotistical individuals, most people who create things for a living are intimately familiar with countless flaws in their work and have likely already had a mental "people will see this problem and hate it" episode or two for each one before a particular project even sees the light of day, so getting a comment that validates that insecurity will leave far more of an impact than any comment that doesn't.
It's one of those things you have to brute force yourself into ignoring, because a lot of criticisms of creative work are entirely subjective, which can be difficult to come to terms with especially for more personal works like livestreams. What appeals to one demographic might be off-putting to another, you cannot please everyone.

I think also there's a lot of doubt and numberfagging that happens in general with being a vtuber. The new invaders debuted, and I've gotten the impression that the current phase girls are kind of spooked by them, they're already getting a lot of views. Add that to possible real life stuff and its not a surprising reaction honestly.
There pretty much not a single Youtuber/Streamer that I know that hasn't said a variation of the same thing, one single bad comments is enough to ruin their day, most also talk of remembering their first dislike on a video, is just human nature to be why? when there's one person who doesn't like something you did even if lots of other do, is just that most of use don't make a living out of it so we don't face it every day.

Yeah, it's just like the WoW episode of South Park. Trey Parker was having a meltdown after making the episode and begged the producers not to air it because he thought it was going to be poorly received and was going to ruin South Park's legacy. Keep in mind this was when the show was in its 10th season and he was still having these doubts. The episode went on to become one of the fan favorites and is generally regarded as one of its best episodes.
