That would require people to be willing to work on MORE Naruto. No joke, the videogames are a great way to experience the trainwreck that is the Naruto Shippuden story while at least having some fun.

I enjoyed the Clash of ninja games on the gamecube though they mostly skip the story EXCELLENT brawlers tho and the Original characters are actually fun.

You're not missing anything. The final arc of Bleach is its worst, people are just hyping the anime because it's been so long and it looks nice. Kind of like how Wano is horrible by every measure in One Piece yet is being supremely well-animated.

I wouldn't go that far for one the anime is making minor improvements as it goes as looking nice is not the only thing it has going for it despite what you might think Bleech was still one of the Big 4 people still liked it even after it went downhill.

It still showcases peak aesthetic when it wants to AND people REALLY REALLY want to see that part with Zabusa animated good or not. If you know you know.

Circling back to this... SHE WATCHED 100 EPISODES OF BORUTO BEFORE DROPPING IT BUT DIDN'T WATCH SHIPPUDEN.

Boruto did actually have some interesting bits so that's not surprising it does NOTHING with them but it is nice to see mostly everyone got a happy ending.

I was thinking about this recently as well. I was kind of surprised people were debating whether they were ESL or not, and apparently even other Holos were saying stuff about how they're EN but able to speak Japanese, when to my ears they could only be ESL. The younger sister especially.

With how often they, especially mococo, need to think about an English word it's probably the neck deep living in jp problem.
Kinda like irys just with additional accent.
Living in another region and actively using the language many people unconsciously adapt to local accents.
Add the moe voice on top and I can see how people get the impression of ESL.
But they are definitely not.

Depending on when and how long FuwaMoco lived in Japan, they may actually have learned English slightly or considerably later than Japanese. They don't currently live in Japan, unless they are obfuscating their timezone (which is very possible).


Edit: I've seen comments that their Japanese isn't 100% native either (and live TLs seem to bear this out), so I think regardless of which language they learned first, some proficiency has been lost in each due to their life circumstances.

Pfffff so... this dataset spawned from the /waifu/ thread on /vt/ ("a group of role-play enthusiasts") and is basically an ERP dataset since most conventional datasets pull from fanfiction and erotica instead of a conversational style.
And I think the group that published the paper just went corporate and got VC funding which is kind of cool considering where they came from and that they're still crediting their work to Tear Gosling.
