If that's the case I predict if he even makes it to the suicide scene he'll quit after that. While I'd love to see his honest reaction to it I just don't see management being down with that kind of content from one of their boys whos supposed to be bringing in fujobux. All it'll take is for enough people in chat to act freaked out by the imagery and management might yank it.

Even if Ami and her chat could be considered mutually parasocial, I'd consider it overall harmless. If anything, it seems to be making Ami very happy, and just speaking as an invested viewer I'm glad that she's happy.
As long as nothing progresses beyond where it is I think Ami's in a good place. I think we tend to conflate "parasocial" with crazy assholes and consider it a negative at all times, forgetting situations like Ami's exist where, yeah, none of you know each other, but you're in a mutually communicative relationship where you're uplifting each other. That kind of parasocial relationship is fine, maybe even a little healthy. Korone's another example of this; she's someone who tends to stream when she's going through a lot rather than take time off for "mental health" because her chat makes her feel better, lifts her mood, and she feels a connection and obligation to them. And she seems happier for it, having credited this relationship to keeping her from giving up multiple times.
TL;DR sometimes parasocial relationships are good, in moderation.

It's the reason why there was some expectation about her possibly auditioning for HoloEN gen2 (Council) since she's established some good rapport with the HoloID girls. IIRC, there was some disappointment when she said later on that she didn't even bother applying, preferring to cultivate her active indie audience. And then her close friends got into NijiEN - rest is history.
Considering multiple JP Hololive girls played it within the last year, in the country where someone hangs themselves via rope or jumps out a building pretty much every day. I doubt management doesn't know what DDLC is or care about the imagery. Tempus has already played scarier games then DDLC, DDLC's only advantage is it is subversive if you somehow can play it blind, but it is also so infamous in its subversion that the majority of people know about it unless you live under a rock or something within the anime/otaku sphere. How Axel doesn't know what DDLC is at all is beyond me to be honest.
It is more a matter if Axel can handle it, and Axel I think is a big enough boy to take it unless their something in this game that really hits home for him like if he knows someone who killed themselves or something. Axel is just too positive and forward thinking to let most things get to him, so DDLC would need some really personal to make him break.
Also DDLC was made by this guy, who is white as fuck. In fact if I recall he said that he made this game as an intentional farce and break the usual fantasy of harem dating sim VNs by making the entire game go wrong on purpose. It was one of those games that only really worked when it initially came out, because DDLC as a fanbase is every typical anime waifu fanbase just ramped up to 11, especially with Monika.

Many people on the thread say it does sound like her, but to be honest I neither know enough about her to tell or want to spend long time analyzing porn audio, wanted to post more for archive sake more than anything, googling the name does link to a deleted tweeter and an empty souncloud with the name Iris Harman, also googling the character she supposedly voiced in a game called subverse bring a lot of people wondering what happened to her.

For posterity, a couple screens of AeroBuddy Newgrounds pages (blocking out what very much looks like a real name; if you feel the autistic need to dig further, do it yourself). Of note is JaezX on the favorite people page; as mentioned in that vt archive, he has a significant presence (art/moderation).

Side note, there is a reason I joined KF as my vtuber discussion place of choice. I don't mean to make those I watch uncomfortable, but this sort of thing does interest me. Keep in mind a lot of us still watch Pippa and all her weirdness with what we know.
