Apparently her name is Kakapo which is another completely unrelated flightless bird from New Zealand.
The agency name is Vee too, which also made me think it was a joke. I guess if I wanted to draw more connections I could say that the girl in the middle is a reference to Hampture and the one on the right is a reference to Jim's recurring dolphin porn joke.

Wouldn't be the first time this sort of thing happend. For example

Random update about timezone, Ame revealed her current time in her last stream which would have put her in the CST timezone.

This surprised a few as it was always thought that she is in the PST timezone.

Though I actually do remember her Valorant server showing up as CST the last time she streamed the game (it was on Twitch so no VOD).

It was the only time she streamed Valorant after her last relocation (besides the collab with Kobo and Iroha in which she played in Asia server), previously it always showed as PST.

Of course, she could just be lying for opsec purposes. The Valorant server could also be changed at any time, though I doubt Ame was doing that as it has always consistently showed as PST before her last relocation.

Otherwise, I'm sure everybody's sick of the MKNK drama now, but I was wondering what people thought now that the dust seems to have settled for now?

I started it pretty pissed at MKNK for the lawbullying and Delu was the worst target she could have picked. I think she was actually telling her version of the truth when she dropped the details in that stream of hers though. This is veering into rrat territory, but imagine she's hearing talk of Delu joining VShojoJO and the last she's heard of Delu is her or her manager sharing gossip with Narukami. That was my first time hearing that leaks could have been coming from managers at Cover and suddenly the legal action against Narukami makes a lot more sense than just mean videos. I trust Delu wasn't actually feeding Narukami info from her time at Cover, but I could see him telling MKNK that if he was trying to worm info out of her.

Anyhow, MKNK crazy, but I can kinda see her perspective in the mess. Delu did nothing wrong

On Mike and Delu: It is all she-said/she-said at this point. None of the involved parties are particularly trustworthy, especially if the offense happened a year ago, when Delu was still not yet on the path she has been lately. Obviously, I am more inclined to believe Delu over Mike and the dramatuber, as one is unhinged and the other is a dramatuber, though. Mike needs to get off the internet and get therapy, but we all know that won't happen.

Just a summary for those OOTL:
Delu posts that she was contacted by Mike about an incident in where "Delu was spreading rumors about Mike" like a year ago. Mike says she has a video, but refuses to show it to her when asked. Delu decides to get her lawyer involved.

Mike speaks out and gets her lawyer involved, too, claims that a Hololive manager had been leaking information on her and other Holomems. She claims spoke with Narukami, a dramatuber about two incidents, one in which she had changed her L2D hair color without Cover's permission, another is that she had vistsed a hostclub. Also claims Narukami mentioned Delu as the source of this info.

Narukami denied any of this happened and had a Twitcast on Mike. Info from Reddit I just found:

Narukami stated that Mikeneko was the one leaking him info about Hololive members when she was still there, Delutaya didn't, supposedly he has videos of the chat logs in case he gets sued.

The other day Mikeneko namedropped him implying he is her mysterious source for Delutaya slandering her, he isn't. Korekore also denied it by the way.

Throwback to this moment in ProjektMelody history since I just realized some of the thread might not have been following her at this point in her career. It really fucked with her, even I kinda felt bad just watching.

I remember that I was disappointed Melody was never gonna get to react to her perfect casting as Monika but I was sympathetic and I also thought it was supremely wholesome of Noble and the girls to stop the game and spend the rest of the stream looking at cute animals to cheer her up apparently according to someone in the homeland she had a close friend commit suicide so it hit her like a ton of bricks

Normally I stay on Youtube for the most part but a few days ago I was on Twitch and this girl was running a vtuber originals Radio stream. Pretty great honestly.


I was on Twitch earlier today and she was streaming. Seems she had finished doing a "smash or pass" and was going to do a "Wet" stream. Not sure what it was, guess its just a bunch of lewd talk as she got really drunk and started accepting questions. I don't follow much of the lewd content but listening to her get wasted and oversharing a bunch of info was very entertaining. Just hope she continues the whole Radio show thing tomorrow so that I can have something to listen to while im at work. I had to go (got work early tomorrow) but she was doing karaoke and was singing from some musicals and a few other lounge-type versions of songs like "Creep". She's pretty good at it.

Seems like a startup or some indie vtuber company probably hired him (by possibly dropping a ton of cash on his lap) to work on their own vtuber-related thing given that he has experience with that. Also something tells me that the staff salaries on Cover might not be as big as everyone thinks despite the company making a ton of cash on merch and the talents also doing fairly well for themselves.

Yeah, I think a lot of people don't realize Melody's got some pretty bad anxiety issues. I don't follow her much cause I'm not into a lot of her content like reacts, but she definitely seems like a decent person and it sucks when that anxiety has tried to sabotage collabs.

On Mike and Delu: It is all she-said/she-said at this point. None of the involved parties are particularly trustworthy, especially if the offense happened a year ago, when Delu was still not yet on the path she has been lately.

The thing about the she-said/she-said is, even early on I got the feeling there was probably a misunderstanding going on rather than either of them lying. Then, in the message MKNK sent out with the last stream, things started sliding into place like her saying she's had the dramatubers blocked for months and the rumormongering about members going to host clubs at a time when Nozomi had gone to a host club and was being blackmailed over it:
It really made me think, "Hold on, this isn't just paranoid babble, I think she's telling the truth."
