It seems a vtuber died. "Tragically died" and whenever I read that shit suicide comes to mind but going by her Twitter it seems she was sick and bed-ridden.
It looks like her brother has confirmed it via Betsy's Twitter channel (partially doxing her in the process - not sure if "Katie" was known or not).
