I mean neither of them are really known for being vtubers, if you ask any old internet denizen who knows of lily but doesn't follow her consistently, the best you will get is "an artist". Basically everyone in this community will agree that Gura is the most subscribed vtuber, even though there are other people with higher sub counts who do dabble in vtubing. This universal agreement does come from the fact that all of these creators are bandwagoners who joined in when it was trendy and they already had 90% to 99.999% of their subs from previous stints in content creation.
