She always seemed a bit thin skinned to me, but she definitely seems worse nowadays. Its almost like not having a manager/corporation that can bonk you and put you in timeout for poorly thought out decisions, public comments, and reactions tends to result in an increase in poorly thought out decisions, public comments ,and reactions.
Edit: Personally I think she was lucky that Hololive hired her when they did, she gets credited as bringing the EN world into Vtubing but I am pretty sure that would have happened either way, but she gets the credit and Coco had a near mythical status when she left Hololive. But the fanbase has grown over the past year and half, and there are more and more people who weren't around during the Taiwan incident or what followed; Coco's absence coupled with Kson's increasing V-shojoness has left her with a lot less public support than she had before and she isn't used to it and doesn't like it, also as many have said before as Coco in Hololive she was the edgy one who pushed boundarys and got smoke blown up her ass for it, but as Kson in V-shojo she isn't nearly as special and actually seems tame compared to others. All of this is my personal speculation, feel free disagree.
