It's absolutely because of that. The shit a few years ago where people looked into Pornhub and realised a not-insignificant chunk of the content on there was revenge pornography freaked them the fuck out, so they're especially sensitive to anything that could possibly appear non-consensual - like that, as well as the specifications on alcohol and amateur wrestling etc..
