I did remember Re:AcT announced they will have four waves of debuts this year (first already in March and next month will be their second wave) so joining them might be a possibility. For indies joining, current members Usuwa Suu, Kurone Yomi, and Anya Kumori were once indies who joined with their own characters.

So, the other day during Rie's Jackbox stream there was an interesting new chat mechanic for youtube in which you could gain EXP by chatting and super chatting. It keeps track of the 50 highest scoring chatters and the top three get special badges next to their name for the duration of that one stream. I'm guessing this is something new being rolled out or maybe you have to opt in. I didn't see anyone talk about it, but then again I barely pay attention...
