At this point I'm just starting to get frustrated with how many applicants Brave get despite being so transparently shady. It's nothing new, even the dodgiest startups whose entire existence boils down to a barely touched Twitter account and a website covered in ESL typos will get applications, but c'mon, if this is gonna be your fucking job you could stand to do a bit of research before signing a contract.

Young women are very stupid and should be trained to consult a man before making important decisions.

Offkai has been leaky again. They put a concert previously announced as an idol project under the name ChromaSHIFT before changing it to "idol Concert". So it looks like it's a rebrand, maybe a restructuring:

This happening twice is very telling about how OffKai operates and I wish it got more traction. It shows the problems aren't exclusively political, there is a complete lack of professionalism running throughout the entire convention, and they're a liability to everyone who works with them.

Yeah, I get it, but it's annoying to see the same act time and time again. I also don't think that many of them are smart enough to play any of this intentionally, they're just actually convinced whatever random Asian man they talk to at the interview is gonna spoonfeed them friends and fix all the shit in their lives.

The first wave of disgruntled ex-corpos were genuinely scammed (in some cases because of their naivete, but I can't fault people for trusting Nijisanji EN in 2021), but the current wave are just retards aimlessly walking into traffic.

Joining a bad corpo is worse than not joining a corpo at all. While we haven't seen a smoking gun like Zaion's googledoc, there are too many signs like graduations of multiple talents at the same time that would make me really wary of joining a vtuber corpo underneath the Brave umbrella. Longer-term, I'd be worried about what they're going to do since they're part of a venture capital investment, or what the long-term goal of said investment is.

There were stages to it.
After Zaion, you'd be safe to assume it's fine to coast for a year to corral some audience into your PL/rebrand.
After Kuro&Matara&Michi spilled some beans you'd have to be a bit more sceptical and cautious, but still be safe to assume that.
But after Selen, you'd need to start reading investor reports and watch playboard religiously before thinking about signing with niji.
Now, if you did not read niji investor reports before even thinking of auditioning, you're an idiot who deserve to be scammed.
