The only thing he has ever brought up that wasn't brought up by numerous other people and he treated like industry shattering news was that Nijisanji told a convention "us or him" because they hate him. I don't care about drama. I briefly engaged with vtuber drama and found it disgusting and distasteful. The only people I ever reached out to in that 'community' were ones I naively imagined might actually be interested in doing some proper investigation and unbiased reporting of the realities of the vtuber industry. I was utterly disillusioned and retreated from that sphere completely. I hate dramatubers because they purposefully ignore actual problems and refuse to talk about important topics. I am not, by any definition of the word, a 'dramatuber', and I would appreciate it if you didn't call me one. I would not trade my integrity for False's platform for all the tea in China. I believe in free speech and open discussion, and I will always push for that, all the time, no matter what it costs me personally in terms of opportunities and convenience, because that is what I believe in, and I will not compromise on my core beliefs, ever, for anyone.

There's probably a bunch of manual hacks to make her work at all, that's how most of these things are underneath.
OTOH she's one of very few (maybe the only) publicly visible AI things with a positive public image. That could be priceless for the right company.
Compared to "stand in line for days" or "hammer our website at 10am" like they do in the west it's wonderful. There aren't enough tickets for everyone so someone will always be disappointed, but at least the amount of bullshit you have to do to get a fair chance is minimal.
