Phasecucks have the Dark Horse special skill which allows you to dig through the discard pile for any 3 already used talent cards once per debut at the cost of the debut move.

Holokeks have enough artifice and devotion points to offset the downsides of perm limit though, that's the strat of using nippon as your fortress card which also gives bonuses to events and audience scores, ontop of the market leader bonus.
