All of this "things are getting worse" are VIBES not DATA. /vt/ has been trying to push this idea of "the great stagnation" for months now.

Therein lies the caveat, both with models and 3D tracking, the main appeal is not the tech but the talent using that tech.
By all means codemiko should be the most popular vtuber ever if tech mattered that much. This is not an excuse to slack, but this "haha Holo got beat by an indie" stuff is just a cheap way to "win" and we all know it. Support your oshi and have fun.
