Of course the first thing I'm going to ask is if she's actually trans. It's not my first day on the internet.
Usually they are easy to spot. The voice (or sometimes voice changer, because they know that they don't sound like a real women no matter how hard they try) is a dead giveaway. Other ways to easily recognize them are if they have a coomer bait model, are a sexpest on Twitter or in general and follow a lot of LGBTQ+ VTubers on Twitter.
Soymilk is 100% a woman, she's from SEA or a brown, muslim country. If you watch long enough she will sadpost and break opsec eventually, as she did many times.
She wants to escape but cannot. She got a degree in electrical engineering and everything on her stream is self-made. She is really smart but suffers from bad spawn RNG.

I agree, it's not much considering this was handled a year ago supposedly. However the seething Nijisisters will drumbeat this event until the end of time as if its the trumpets blaring and the seventh seal was broken. This is all they have and all they will talk about.

It doesn't... inspire confidence in the corpo to say the least. This year has been kind of a shitshow all around (for everyone) and while there certainly some good things the human brain is programmed to always fixate on the bad. But having lived through past dramas which had the entire industry gaping in horror it's hardly an issue in comparison.
I already expect things like this to happen every so often, it's unavoidable at this point and anyone who runs around with their hands in the air is either wearing rose-tinted glasses or purposefully stirring the pot because they're antagonistic or just love chaos.
Maybe it will all go to hell in the next year, but most likely they will just do more good stuff people like and the grievances will vanish because everyone, be it fans or antis, only focuses on "the current state of things". Anyone that is serious about being disgusted already left long ago.

Holo has had bureaucratic fuckups due to expanding quickly and being japanese, and the most we know is that they went overboard with revisions, and Artists are coming out mostly in support when even a new law would make them be fully in the right. And as far as we know, Holo has fixed whatever caused this fuckup by now
Even in graduations it was mostly because they were two veterans who wanted something else from their lives after 4 or more years of being within it
Their main Rival's EN divison and where most of the fan vitriol is coming from is still in freefall, with 6 talents dropping from the corpo, one explosively so, the others have had nothing but grievances with the company itself where the most they can say about being happy within it was the people they met along the way. Said rival also had one of the heavier scandals in the industry with possible allegations of a music producer roofie-ing people, to the point where a talent was found to have a years old tweet where they detailed feeling sick after visting that studio, which was then deleted shortly after the scandal broke. Not to mention the years of hard work and millions of views that were sent to the aether after this due to the deletion of the music videos.
Even when Holo colossaly fucks up, their goodwill they've built up and decent PR that they've had has had more people back them up both in the professional and fan space. Riku had to grovel to investors after making the most absolutely retarded PR move with the black stream and still hasnt recovered from that in the court of public opinion.

The fact that the contractors were all already properly compensated by the time this report came out goes a long way, too. They even had some contractors come out to defend them saying other companies are way worse about it than they were. Ina's passport fuck up is probably a bigger PR hit than this was in terms of losing good will.
