Neuro's exclusion is probably to set a precedent, she's now ironlung-maxxing and streaming literally 24/7 and getting gorillions of watch hours because of it, which no actual human can match. The thing has basically made a complete joke of watch hours as a metric lol (which they should've been long ago)

Depends on your definition of "streaming". The subathon stream is up 24/7 but around 9-13 hours per day is just showing old VODs while vedal is sleeping, so around 12 hours and leaving a waiting screen up for the rest of the day is something most human streamers could do. He's said from the start that having Neuro online with original activity 24 hours a day would be a great way to make people lose interest in the streams and only check in occasionally.

I recall Gigi being brought up as one of the best additions to EN. I gotta say I think Ceci is right up there with her. She may not be as extroverted but you can tell she loves being here. Whether it's messing with OBS to make the stream more immersive or making a simple drawing or jingle, the amount of effort she puts into everything is blessed. And it's not to Gigi's extent but she's another person that's been uniting the introverts of ENs. She's already set up 2-3 huge collabs and multiple smaller ones so far.

I love that she isn't letting the usual social anxiety hold her back from doing what she wants. I can't even recall the last time any of the non-JP speaking ENs reached out to a JP like this besides Mumei with Towa. I haven't even gone into how talented she is between rigging her own outfit, making her own BGM, the OBS stuff, drawing etc etc. I'm excited for whatever she has planned for 2025.

Basically, green thing good. Green thing love.

Maybe it's worthless if you're trying to use it to compare people between youtube at twitch, but I'd say it has at least some usefulness as a twitch-only stat since twitch serves mandatory unskippable ads on a regular schedule and it could probably be used to make estimates about ad revenue.
