Subaru's New Years outfit was updated to match her new base design 
Her Top 5 Memories of 2024:
1. Being the Police Chief of HoloGTA
2. Beating Chained Together with Miko
3. The ARK Pregnancy Saga
4. Beating Super Mario with no saves and no warps
5. Getting Master rank in Street Fighter 6
She said that being able to handle Street Fighter and Mario boosted her confidence as a gamer, which is what led to beating Chained Together with Miko. They never believed they could actually do it, but managed to push through and do it anyways. And the confidence boost from what was what fed into accepting her role in GTA. She really feels that she's gotten better at gaming this year and was proud of it.
She also talked about her resolution and goals/dreams she wants to do for the year. Her resolution is simple: Go full speed ahead.
Things have been changing recently, but she wants to keep focus on what's important to her and have the courage to move forward. She thought back to how depressed and helpless she felt when Aqua graduated. Staying stuck like that means nothing happens and no progress is made, so you just gotta accept what happened and find the courage to keep going forward. As long as you keep going, there should always be a path ahead. She feels like she's changed thanks to this.
She also wants to try doing more with her content. After talking with the other Holos, it really hit her that if you just keep doing the same stuff over and over, you won't be able to make any progress. She wants to add something extra to what she does. Like with the next Oozora Police, she could add evidence-collecting videos or stuff like that. Basically add on to what she does to keep herself from stagnating.
And Happy New Years fellas. It's a pretty low bar to set but hopefully this year can be better than last. May our oshis be happy, healthy and yab-free. Even if she doesn't accomplish everything, I hope Subaru gets to do most of what she wants to do and has fun doing it. Despite the rough patches, she's still super motivated and it's great to see.

- Chat brought up her talking about Vivi's tits 5 seconds after they met. She's gonna try to do better about immediately saying whatever pops in her head off-stream. She'll still do it on-stream though so that chat is the only one that has to deal with whatever she says.
- (To be fair, she was taking a quick break during a recording and was rushing around to get bentos to eat. She didn't expect to see the FLOW GLOW girls and didn't really have time to interact, so she grabbed the bento boxes, talked to them for like 5 seconds and left. And during those 5 seconds, Vivi's tits were what stood out the most.)
- Make sure she stays healthy!
- She's been crazy busy since the start of December between non-stop recording, dance practice, moving to a new place and still keeping up with streaming. She caught a sore throat and had to take a few days off, but never stopped doing practice during that time.
- She said that things should hopefully slow down afterwards. She'll also be visiting her parents at some point in the month.
- Wants to make either an album or an EP. Basically some sort compilation of her songs, since they're kinda scattered all over the place.

Honestly, her complaints were so petty and she never gave any evidence/follow up of the only legitimate bad thing she accused them off that I find it easy to dismiss what she said. Plus she gave off a strong money whore vibe after that pity post she made a few months ago threatening to graduate if people didn't give her more money.
Although there seems to be something weird going on in the background with all the PL activity (been posting it in the V&U thread), but none of them have vagueposted that it's black company related yet.
