Thinking about it some more, I don't actually believe Idol will actively enforce/punish, well, anything. Their statement is silly, much like their previous puff pieces about how unlike other chuuba corpos, they actually care about the talents (paraphrased on my end).
If they do try to enforce such a broad scope of limitations, it's going to be equally silly, and would be met with pushback. But, it would be content! So until/unless something happens, just think of it as another round of industry chest thumping.

I was thinking of Menace and her ASMR, but there could be others I don't know about. It's also funny that people looking up deleted ASMR of Idol's past talents could send them in Menace's direction to get more of the same. I think Idol should just back off and focus on supporting their talents. It's a bit silly that when people think of Idol they now think mostly of people not in Idol anymore or people known more for their pre Idol personas.
On that note I really hope Roca is doing well and comes back soon.

I put on my toxic radiation suit and searched /vt/ to see if I could find what the yab was and found someone speculating that this was the offending tweet, as it seems to have been deleted:
