I would say "transparency" if I was deluded enough to believe that, more of a "here's some stuff we're doing" and "highly curated company internals" in announcements that aren't strictly for investors.
They re-released a bunch of old articles from months ago here, including the corpo art one which triggered a bunch of people.
Edit: Oh, finally got it, this is basically just the same shit as before but all of the articles will be translated from the get go to english, aka they want more overseas business partners, that's the whole deal with this. This is just part of their general larger push to secure hegemony in the EN market following the US HQ and more events overseas.

Saw someone mention that it's also a way to bypass note and prtimes and basically have their own corpotalk website. Anyways this doesn't really matter for vtuber fans unless you are the marketing director for a US based company or convention that can benefit from having a collabo with Holo and need to be convinced by having a bunch of corpononsensetalk beamed into your brain because companies need to be hustled to to get them to consider spending any money.
