If I'm understanding this correctly, after her last stream a few months ago, Nene went to the convenience store to get some stuff and when she came back, the place was suddenly a HUGE mess. She didn't really go into detail but the implication was that someone either broke into her house while she was gone or was already in there from the start. She was so terrified afterwards, she would freak out at basically any noise she heard. She moved in with her parents while everything was figured out and just became a shut-in until she was ready to come back.

At the very least, she's doing much better now. She meme'd the whole "re-debut" thing, brought NePoLaBo on VC to help shill her merch and is currently singing some karaoke. And her mic prop is transparent for some reason so she's having a ton of fun with it.
