Of any companies they are the ones who are the closest to voice related work, and deal with industry who was not above trying to replace a person voicing a character. And they don't give a fuck. Disney already broke the seal by having the likeness of Peter Cushing and Carrie Fisher superimposed on other actors for Rogue One. Once an actor's likeness can be recreated and used as a template without fucks given by one of the biggest studios in existence for one of the biggest IPs of all time, the VAs should have realized the jig is up and they either need to improve their acting skills to the point that they're irreplaceable or kiss their career goodbye.
