Hence why I drifted off on her even though she was once my oshi because of the degeneracy that she has now which was almost nonexistent when I started watching her 4-5 months before sankisei was introduced in holo and while I was put off on her voice in holo it grew on me and now she's like this

depends on your intake. If it's mostly sugar then no exercise will help cutting more of it out or all of it out is really the only thing that will change your weight. if your eating relatively well then exercise a bit more.
Do know though there is no true ideal bodyweight as long as your not getting health problems from it your fine. Ive been "overweight" for years i still still run further then most my coworkers.
