I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by 'lying' here. I still have no opinion, because I don't care what kind of porn someone is looking at unless it's illegal, and unless you have proof that it is then I have nothing to go on. Give me proof that he's sharing something illegal and I'll get rid of him. Even something as simple as him saying 'yeah this would definitely get me in legal trouble if I shared this anywhere else' is enough, but until that point I cannot just ban someone for not wanting to share porn on a service that will arbitrarily decide to ban him for doing so.
I'm well aware this might upset some people, and for them I have no good answer, but my stance is that I'm not going to start using the same tactics that people use against us. In this case, I'm not going to ban someone for using a privacy-focused service for content that should be private regardless of the legal implications, when this is precisely what every critic of privacy and pro-censorship advocate says as well.
This has far too much potential to turn into a witch-hunt against anyone who has ever expressed a less-than-puritanical stance before. I don't need to just think about what my actions towards a specific user will do, I also need to think about the precedent it sets in future. If I ban someone today for saying they look at porn, will that become precedent to have someone banned tomorrow for posting fanart that showed too much skin? There are still plenty of vtubers out there who maintain at last some ties to Kiki. Should I ban mention of them because they won't accept she's a pedophile?
You're free to say I'm wrong in all of these cases, and I'm not opposed to that viewpoint. I might even be swayed, but I'm going to make very certain everyone understands exactly what level I'm operating on, and all of the considerations I have going through my head in situations like this.

This is all extremely gay (especially @wew). When I joined the groomcord just to see it inevitably explode in a dumpster fire, I had a hard time keeping up with whatever the train of thought was because there was always 4+ people posting nonstop about some inane shit. I don't want to imagine how fucking horrendous it is now that it's likely twice as many active users.
Proctor's a retard and doesn't want to delete the discord because it gives him a connection to random low level fucks in the scene. However keeping up with the nonstop shitshow is pretty much impossible, especially when you have to consider that it's the discord and TVA that has to be moderated as well as his unironic chicken coop. With all due respect to Proctor, you're going to have to explain it to him like he's a retard because just pinging him or DM'ing him with some screenshots and saying its bad isn't enough, you're going to have to do say in explicit terms "hey dude, this fag is potentially sending CSAM shit". I give basically zero fucks about this conversation and while I was blasting through the past ~6 pages, I just scrolled past Short's post of that fag's posts about telegram without realizing the implication of what that fag was saying.
Proctor's a fag so he's not going to accept full responsibility for not paying attention to it because he may have even briefly read it without really absorbing it (pretty sure we've had this conversation about this forum lacking reading comprehension before). So you pretty much got to sparknotes for this fag and contextualize it in a way that immediately raises alarm bells in his brain that "OH FUCK, I GOTTA PAY ATTENTION TO THIS".
