Anything that suggests the existence of unknown knowledge is a thread, and the internet is comprised entirely of cats. Vagueposting is the worst of this to engage in, and is itself a very vibrant and tasty looking thread. Everyone is going to want to pounce on that and give it a tug and the second you post some limp-wrist "Oh this thing is happening but I can't say anything", you revoke your right to complain about the thread being tugged because you laid down a wad of thread in front of an infinite army of cats.
I know a few women and men that still dress like that. There are some everywhere. They are broadly not okay, but can be fun, just make sure to use a text app you can delete afterwards.
