Ain't backreading all that shit, but my two cents:
I think "disagreements with management" is not just boilerplate, i think it's 100% true. If we read "management" as singular noun instead of plural, it all make sense.
Corpo got bigger and now festering with multilayer management structure and endless meetings where nothing gets done in any reasonable time. It'll be bad already with western corpo, imagine how shit it is in jap with their rotten culture of endlessly shifting the blame and point of potential failure around. Nevermind the perms bullshit.
I think cover now got to a point where half of the talents look at endless useless meetings, and ask a question: what the fuck am i even doing here anymore? Money is cool, but what's the point if they, as a face of the company, don't have any sense of agency anymore?
If Yagoo wants to fix that shit, he must give much more agency and decision power to lower management and talents. i.e. middle management don't need to be aware about trivial shit like talent commissioning new stream background as long as it's within their quarterly budget. Or about offcollabs being planned.
