There is a neutral spanish that is used in dubs, generally these dubs are transmitted to all of Latin-America
As someone who grew up having to listen to anime dubs voiced by people who speak English wrong (Americans) I can kinda sympathise with them when they get mad about other Latinxes.
There's only one good accent in the UK out of the dozens. Imagine scousers doing all English dubs, the horror. GAE is infinitely better
Honestly a chunk of the older spic dubs were pretty decent until the crunchyroll era got the american style of "every dub has the same people" now
